News from Vermont---a special edition
November 28th, 2011
Hello again Maple People,
Hi it's Burr that old farmer from Vermont who sends you News from Vermont every other week. This message is a bit unusual for me for a couple reasons:
1) I'm pretty careful about keeping my messages to you minimal so that you never get sick of me.
2) This message is about Cyber Monday and, you know, I don't have a "Cyber" bone in my body.
My website provider Dave, on the other hand, does and he just called to remind me that I should send you a Happy Cyber Monday message (for those of you within range of WCAX-TV in Burlington, Vermont, Dave will be on tonight's news talking about Cyber Monday).
So...first of all, Happy Cyber Monday and secondly: We're right here at www.morsefarm.com packing up things like mad that will travel to all corners of the USA and in between. Our "elves", Barbara, Wendy, Sheryl, Kelly, and Dee are bumping into each other down there answering phone calls, processing web orders, packing boxes and even catering to some old fashioned types who are coming into the store and shopping! What I really mean is this...it's not only Cyber Monday but it's the perfect time to order something Morse Farm Maple, or some Cabot Cheese, or a Balsam Wreath, or a combination of all the above. If you do it right now, there's plenty of time for it to be professionally packed and shipped for arriving at the perfect time. Wouldn't it be great to "notch off" a name or two from your Christmas list and know that you're giving folks something pure and natural and good for them like Morse Farm Maple Syrup! Heck Pure Maple Syrup is both good for you and tastes good all at the same time! Use it for cooking (I added a dab of Maple Syrup to my Thanksgiving stuffing and the words, "I want your recipe" were as popular that day as "Happy Thanksgiving"!). Use it on pancakes, biscuits, ice cream, and just about anything else that's in the phylum "food". Morse Farm Maple Syrup is the world's best gift, pure and simple!
You'll be getting my next edition of News from Vermont this coming Friday. It's a lot of work to write those things but you folks make it all worth my time with your praise, your friendship, and your orders. Thanks so much!
Happy Maple Cyber Monday,
