"Burr's Yankee Spaghetti Sauce"
This is Burr's Yankee sauce recipe.
- 1 lb. Tom Morse's grass-fed ground beef (or ground beef from your supermarket)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Grade B maple syrup
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
Chop onion and garlic cloves and fry them using a bit of no stick vegetable oil spray. When onion/garlic mixture is soft, add ground beef. As beef browns, add salt and pepper to taste and slowly pour in 1/4 cup of grade B maple syrup, stirring mixture occasionally. When beef is fully brown, add can of diced tomatoes and let simmer for twenty minutes. That's it... **Burr's Yankee Spaghetti Sauce!
**the above recipe is Burr Morse's who is a "non-cook or bottle washer". You may want to modify your ingredients/methods slightly but remember...the grade B maple syrup is a "must".
