Maple Baked Apples


  • Apples
  • Pure Morse Farm Maple Syrup or Morse Farm Maple Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Butter
  • Toasted nuts (optional)
  • Raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°

  1. Prepare 1 apple for each serving by washing and removing the core, leaving a plug at the bottom. This can be done by cutting in with a knife “V” fashion.
  2. Slit skin horizontally around the center with a sharp knife.
  3. Fill the cavity with maple syrup or maple sugar.
  4. A half teaspoon of butter, nuts and raisins may be added.

Bake for 45 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Serve with Maple Creemee or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
