- 3 egg whites (6 tablespoons egg white)
- ½ cup Elliott’s Pure Maple Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups finely chopped Walnuts
Set oven temperature to 300 degrees
- Beat egg whites to stiff peaks
- Beat in maple sugar
- Fold in walnuts
- Drop teaspoon on greased, floured baking sheet
Bake 35 minutes, then turn off oven & leave pan in oven for additional 15 minutes.
Remove immediately with spatula – cool on rack.
