Morse Farm Hosts the 4th annual Maple Roots festival

The 4th Annual Maple Roots Music Festival will feature 14 bands on two stages, activities for kids and local vendors.

The Maple Roots Main Stage will feature Steady Betty, Kat Wright Trio, Nick Cassarino & The Family
Band, MLS & Friends, Avi Salloway, The Vermont Jazz Ensemble and a late night party with
Select Sound System.

The Festival Village Stage aka Steven Yardley’s “Jambulance” (located in The Maple Roots Festival
Village) will feature The Eames Brothers Band, Samara Lark and The Outfit, Brett Hughes & That
Bluegrass Band, Maple’s Busy Morning, Mikahely (solo), Andriana & The Bananas, and M.I.N.C.

The Maple Roots Festival Village will include the Maple Roots Kids Area “Busyville”with Linda Bassick
and Greg Rothman which will have kids activities including a “Rainbow Factory”. Activities for children
and families will be from 12pm to 5pm leading up to a parade through the festival grounds and ending
with a kids concert by Maple’s Busy Morning on the Festival Village Stage.

The Maple Roots Festival Village will also feature some great local food and beverages. Food trucks will
include Alladin (middle eastern cuisine), and Positive Pie (pizza). For adults 21 years and older with a
valid ID Alchemist Brewery (beer), and Lincoln Peak Vineyard (wine) will have libations available in the
beverage garden. The MRF merchandise table will have t-shirts, hats , stickers, and other goodies
throughout the event. And of course, maple creamees will be served from the window at the Morse Farm
Maple Sugarworks store with extended hours.

The 4th Annual Maple Roots Music Festival will be held Saturday July 27th 2024 at Morse Farm Maple
Sugarworks in Montpelier VT. Gates will open at 11am, music will begin at 12pm and performances will
go until midnight. This event is rain or shine and guests are encouraged to bring a portable chair. The
festival admission is free and open to the public with only a fee for parking.

Parking passes will be available upon entry for $25 per vehicle. There will be no overnight camping permitted.

Maple Roots Music Festival is presented in partnership with Catamount Film & Arts and would not be
